Volleyball Drill Name - Short Court
Goal - Easy warmup activity and/or tournament to help athletes get lots of ball control touches.
How to play - Create teams of two. Use the player mixing chart to create the teams. The teams play short-court Monarch of the Court, with the court split in half. After each round, the players report the score and then the coach can mix teams again by using the player mixing chart.
