In this video course, two-time olympian Courtney Thompson teaches the importance of focusing on things entirely in our control and not worrying about things outside of our control.

She shares personal stories about her own successes and struggles with this practice, and gives exercise ideas for coaches to implement themselves and with the athletes on their rosters.
