Tyler Neal is, like many of our guests, a very interesting guy who has made some no-so-traditional choices about life and how he’s using his talents.   He played and did his undergrad at Stanford, then got a lot degree and moved into a practice.  Not long after that, he decided he was cut out for something else, and moved to small-town Texas where he started teaching and coaching volleyball.

His teams weren’t so good early on, but he talks about the transformative power of good coaching and what happens when you get a little momentum going in a program.  Tyler has hosted several GMS Summer Volleyball Camps and credits much of his programs success to the keys and principles instilled during those camps.  Thanks for listening, and enjoy the show!
